- Express Shipping (Domestic):

  - Rate: $11.98

  - Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors outside of our control.

Order Processing

- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

- We currently ship to addresses within the United States and to select international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages

- ODM MERCHANDISE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
